I know it's Cox blocking because these laptops work on VPN signal quality but the speeds are very much comparable to a cable connection.
I understand Cox blocks certain ports and my IT has advised me it is a Cox/router issue. Cox says it's a VPN network issue. I just want to be able to work again, it's been a week! Is there a way to configure the router? I am a residential customer, but understand from Cox that they block ports 25 and 80/80 even for business.
